These terms cover qapital.co, the Qapital newsletter, the Operating Manual and anything you request through this site.
Last updated 21 October 2026
1. Using this site
qapital.co is run by Qapital Advisory & Acquisitions B.V. (“Qapital”), Singel 268, 3311 HK Dordrecht, the Netherlands, Chamber of Commerce (KvK) 72970049.
By using qapital.co you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site. We may update these terms; the date at the top shows the current version, and continued use after a change means you accept the new version.
2. What we publish
Qapital publishes research and educational material on how companies are valued, bought and built: articles, frameworks, the Operating Manual for company value and the newsletter. Reading the site and subscribing to the newsletter are free.
Paid work, such as a 1-on-1 session, is agreed separately. A request on this site is not a booking yet: we confirm by reply, and the price and terms of that session are the ones in our confirmation.
3. Our content
The articles, frameworks, the Manual and other material on this site are ours and protected by copyright and database rights. You may read and use them for your own work. You may not republish, sell or redistribute them without our written permission. Short quotes with a clear credit and a link to qapital.co are welcome.
Scraping or bulk downloading content from this site is not allowed.
4. Fair use
When you use this site, you agree not to:
- use it for anything unlawful
- try to get into parts of the site or its systems that are not meant for you
- send false details through a form, or submit on someone else’s behalf without their permission
- present our material as advice you give to others
5. Research, not advice
Nothing on this site is investment advice, and registering interest on the co-invest page is not an offer of securities or an investment. The disclaimer explains what that means.
6. Liability
We publish in good faith, but the site is provided as it is: it may contain errors or become outdated, and it may not always be available. As far as the law allows, Qapital is not liable for any loss that comes from using, or relying on, this site or the newsletter.
7. Dutch law
These terms are governed by Dutch law. Any dispute goes to the competent court in the Netherlands.
